The app is good enough and easy to use. But, i am the owner who use the direct booking feature. This feature still seems to have a bug, because I have included a minimum rental duration of 6 months, but s can still book 1 month. I was forced to cancel the transaction. And I think it's very confusing, especially from the side. Can you fix it?

I'd been using this app a year ago and found a very warm, cheap, and good house, although now I don't live at that house anymore since I move to another city. That's why I gave this 3 stars because it helped me that time. But majority of the problem are: 1. Slow respond for ing the house guard (they rarely update their data); 2. Not really convenient to the house guard (it takes about 2-3 steps to finally reach the house guard through another chatting apps). Overall, this is good.

It's better you use the older style, where we can the person straightaway because you allow us to save the phone number. With the new version we can't the person that wants to rent the apartments. The person who wants to rent the apartments often said they can't trace back the one that they already chosen. So it'll be much better if you allow us to save their phone number. Thx

could be super helpful for people who needs to promote their kos and other props, but it doesnt automatically let us use the choices the moment we have our payment verified. it sucks. other apps normally give us quick access to use the choice once we have our payment verified. pls fix. it doesnt give us any benefit

It was good enough, easy to use, but now its practically useless. Can only trough chatroom which can delay for days, no notification, center cant be ed, even version doesnt help ( version is expensive and ineffective, not like what they d. Tried few times and always disappointed). Please bring back the old version where number is showed, its much more effective than the crappy chatroom. Update 30/4/2020 CS are allowed to share owner's phone

Hi, thanks very much for making this app. I really like the idea. This app solve the problem very great. The new interface also very helpful. Regarding good interface, in my opinion the experience should be improved. 1. Although we can chat directly to the owner through the app, it doesnt really helpful. 2. The chat wouldnt appear if we dont open the app, there is no notification trigered as well. 3. It takes some times to load all the chat. 4. The chat list isnt ordered by date.

Tbh it's helpful, but it's too complicated for the refunding process. I haven't even checked into the place, and I paid it full price. I have to hassle and the owner that's slow respon, then if I wanna proceed with the refund they can only give me half of my money. I suggest an easy refund button, especially for people who haven't actually checked into the place. If we were pranking the owners, we wouldn't pay full price then change our mind because some aspects doesn't meet our criteria

Too many updates but no one can be helpful. Still there are boarding houses whom never update their obsolete description and some info just don't match when I visit. Another awful thing is chat room. Without owner's mobile displayed, new version is less effective. I installed this app to look for recommended boarding house, rather than wasting my time on ignored chat.
