I love this app! It is by far one of the best cartoon apps I have tried. I really like that it's simple and doesn't have a million editing options. The pictures always turn out great and I have had several printed for my gallery wall. I love the many different effects you can choose from and you don't need to be a professional to get super cute colorful photos. I have never had problems with it glitching but the constant adds are annoying. I would pay to get rid of those annoying things.

I think the negative reviews is because the idea of a cartoon is a little different from person to person, depending on how much detail you want. I sampled the pro filters after watching a shirt video (very short) and was able to see a better cartoon image. I'm thinking about going pro on this one. $1.99 is reasonable for this app. I would like to continue using the adjustment tools when zoomed in, otherwise it's definitely one of the best with many filters to choose.

Not the most well-developed app I've ever used but, hey, it actually works on all my devices consistently. Could use more filter option but a good app for augmenting your photos. Seems to be the only app for this you can get anymore that's free. Hate popup ads but I'd rather have those than to pay for an app I'll use 3 times a year.

It's okay, it works with pictures, and have nice variety of filters, but whenever I try to put a video there, something is wrong, I don't know why, but it Zooms in to a certain location then zooms out, it does that several times already, no matter what I tried, it happened every time... So for pictures it's great, for videos nope.

This app is actually good.. hoping to make a special something with all my pets pictures and this app is pretty cool. I think to go pro is cheap, maybe like $2? Idk. I didn't use pro, but I'm using just free options and it's got cool filters, definitely does what I needed it to do. Only free one I could even find and the ads aren't miserable

A bit of adds, not that it's a big problem. But all the filters are basically just oil filters, which you can get on picsart along with many more. This is is pretty good, unless you want to see other cartoon looks and versions. Better than ToonMe, because toonme only cartoons the face and cuts everything else. Decent.

Really easy to use and the effects add a lot to pictures. If they didn't have an ad every time you looked at a new picture it would be great. I'll probably end up switching to another app because of that period I wanted to use this for a project to give my daughter pictures of her year But it takes forever with the ads

This app has very little in the way of actually making your photos into a cartoon. They simply are the same effects you have with many built-in photo editing apps that are part of many dnart phones. This actually has less than what you normally find in your phone toolkit. There are tons of better apps, with more effects, including actually making yourself a cartoon. You might want to check out your own phone's picture editing app.
