This would of been five but; has started to not allow me to load new puzzles. I watch the advert, which I don't mind doing. Then instead of the puzzle being ready to do, I'm taken back to the selection screen. Thought this was happening just on my phone, turns out it's doing it on my table and also on my husband's table. Checked down loads ect, incase it was our machines. Their up to date. Please sort this problem out.

Keeps kicking me out!! This was the best jigsaw puzzle app that I had found. Has a great selection of puzzles. It definitely helped me to have something to do with my hands and I've been kind of addicted to it but I wake up this morning and as soon as it loads a puzzle it it will either kick me back to choose a puzzle or say app has stopped working! I gotta it I'm tore and you have to please please please fix it!! You have no idea how much I use this to take the stress away and just relax!!

Has worked for months without an issue but now I can't load any puzzle without having to watch video ads multiple times and when I go get a chance to do a puzzle it then goes on to glitch mid game . I've uninstalled and re installed a few times and it doesn't seem to change .. everybody is stating the exact same thing in every recent review.. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

I used to enjoy this game. Now it has way too many ads. I click on ads to unlock pics and they don't unlock. It tells me to watch it again. After watching another long ad, it's still locked. Sometimes the puzzle pieces are enlarged and can't fit. Sometimes the puzzle pieces are stacked and have multiple duplicate pieces making it difficult to complete. I hope these issues get fixed ASAP.

Great pictures, but watching ads repeatedly to unlock those pictures is a waste of time. So is trying to report the issue. I've reported the problem three times and have gotten zero responses. Edit- did get a response, but it had nothing to do with the actual problem. I get that there have to be ads. Just fix the problem of not being able to load the picture after watching the ads! Still 1 star for now

I'd love to give five stars because when it actually works it's great. Unfortunately there is a glitch where when you go to watch ads to unlock puzzles the puzzles don't actually unlock, instead it repeatedly has you watch ads without being able to access puzzles. I've uninstalled and re installed the game and am still having this issue.

This used to be my favorite game until I had to do an update recently now it's all messed up when I try to open a puzzle from the "new" category I've had to watch an ad sometimes more than once to be kicked back to the list of puzzles I started from and if it opens normally instead of the 2 tier like always I get a single try and the pieces are huge Now I'm dealing with one puzzle piece disappearing and I can't finish the puzzle ugh!

The app was fine for awhile, but recently, I finished some puzzles, yet they're not being considered as truly finished, as whenever I go in to work on them, they pop as complete. But, I can't start over, as it's ed, as complete. Currently, I have two puzzles that are unusable, after the 64 Piece.
