This is a really nice game! I like the story, the game play, the characters. But, after playing for some time, I got knock out from the game and the pop-up notice said "network problem" (even though my network is stable), so I have to open the game again. It's kinda annoying, can you fix it please? I think it would be really great if you can. Thank you!!

I really like this game, but there is a lot of bugs that annoyed me. It keep kicking me out of the game when a network error occurred. Claiming part time money also took a lot of time, when i click it, it load for a few second and does the same for all of the part time. I hope it got fix so i can get a satisfaction playing this game.

I recently switch to a new device and the game keeps focing shut down, try all methods, re-open multiple times, clear caches and even clear datas,.. to no avail. Then I uninstalled it and reinstalled again, it works, but only a few days and the game continues kicking me out again.. I checked OS requirements and it all checked out, so I don't know why this is happening.

Huge error with the only reason play the mini game but because it didnt happen to anyone else customer service basicly said we don't help one person so stop writing to us for help. We can't fix a error if its not a error on our end you understand Um no bot I dont understand it did something wrong how is that not a error. What happened to just cooking remove all this mini game and pets and visiting neighbors. Not even cooking anything with so few stoves. 1 quality dish boat ask for 4 math smart..

Play this for only 2 years, I love it so much! It's F2P friendly (I'm f2p) easy to get money and exp especially when you add friend a player with higher levels bc of their "part timer jobs" item's. However the issue with "network error" is still happening even when you keep updating. Sometimes I be frustrated with it, but after a long time I get used to it. But still I hope you have an idea on how to get rid of this, I know this issue have been in here for a long time but take your time♡.

The network error is still not fixed. This is one of those games I would LOVE to play, ed it in 2021 the first time, and it's STILL not fixed for playing. It's infuriating, actually, how little the devs care about this game, but would happily take your money.

The game crashes and now can't go over the quest as adds do not play as I opted out from personalised adds. I have a legal right to disagree to those, but the game does not allow me to complete quests due to my preference saying I need to agree to ALL add personalisation!! Disrespectful

I have re-ed the game because I miss playing it but, I can't to my old . It's saying that I do have an logged in to my Facebook but, it's not logging in. Also, I have noticed that the company also changed? Can that be the reason of me cannot to my old since everything's new even the process.
