Nice idea, and I the project, but the app does not work well on Android. Monday thru Saturday, scanning the refill code will increment the uses for the week by 2, and total reuses by 1. Next time the app loads, it will have decremented the uses for the week by 1, so it has the correct number. Except Sunday. Sunday only increments by 1, so goes back to 0 each time app loads. Causes weirdness like unexpectedly broken streaks, and having been awarded Blackjack badge 3 times for only 54 uses.

I'm at the top of the group I'm in. I am happy it helps other people. The company is kind and helpful to me. No it hasn't gone perfectly. I had months of not getting credit for my scans yet I kept scanning. Why, to help other humans in the limited way I can, and hopefully to help the planet and the other animals who inhabit it. Reduce, recycle, reuse, repurpose, go vegan!

I love the concept of this app, but it has a lot of bugs. When creating an , after pressing the continue with Facebook button, a loading screen popped up and then it would return to the screen asking you to sign up with your info or to continue with Facebook. Also, when I go under my profile, it says I have no reusable cups attached to my , so I click to add one, scan my bottle, and it adds a cup of water but still says I have no cups. And the location button just restarts the app.

Just tried the app and the scanner does not work. UPDATE: Fill it Forward got back to me on the very first business day (see below) letting me know about the patch. The patch seems to be working so I'm updating my review to four stars. Once I've been using the app without issue for a bit, I may update to five. Thanks to the team for the quick response!

App is constantly freezing and the barcode scanner doesn't work. Update 6/29: I have ed the app again to see if the latest updates have fixed my previous issues. I have been able to use the app with no bugs or issues for the past 3 days. The app isn't freezing, the scanner can read my barcode now. I can move through the app and see the content easily now. I have increased my rating to reflect the update.

I love the idea, but more than half the times the app does not work. It fails to read the tag despite the light conditions I am in. Very disappointed. I hope they fix it soon - Update: The scan function has improved greatly and it now works without problems. There are other small issues, e.g. it doesn't remove the water drank from the daily goal, and other minor things. But it now fulfills its main purpose, all the other improvements would a plus that we can wait for in future updates

It would be nice if you didn't have to scan your bottle everytime. Adding a manual button would make this app more friendly and faster. I like how it shows a common goal. Maybe adding a way to compete would help keep it interesting. It's a great concept to help stress the importance of reducing the human foot print. Also add a feature that equates larger bottles into smaller plactic bottles. I have a gallon metal thermos I use.

I liked the app, but then they did an update to the entire app and I completely lost engagement with it. I really liked contributing to the causes and I find myself scanning less now. The help/ staff are incredible! They are fast and friendly when you report an issue. But the update in my opinion ruined the ability to track your water intake. They changed the format to favor groups, which could be cool but the execution isn't good, unless you like seeing every state listed as a group.
