App doesn't work for me anymore. Car won't remote lock, unlock or start. Tried resetting the Tmobile adapter, un-installed and reinstalled my app. The app works to show me my tire pressure, gas level, oil %, and it's current location on the map. If I send a remote request, it will fail after 10 mins and advises it couldn't process request. However if I get in my car during the 10 min window, the moment I bring the car to acc or start. The adapter sees the request and completes it.

Useless app. I couldn't get it to do anything except show me the name of my car. I logged out and back in and now have a box saying that I need to call to subscribe, but it gives no phone number. Complete waste of time even ing it. I originally wanted to see if I could find info about changing the horrible loud text notification sound, but this app won't even stay open without crashing, much less provide resources to answer questions about the product. Frustrating for a brand new car.

The app works OK. But what is the point of the digital dashboard if it only gathers data 1 time? Wouldn't you want the dashboard to collect info weekly, or even monthly? Wouldn't you think providing a way to manually perform a digital dashboard would be beneficial? Did the people who program this app even consider this information, or was it just hastily thrown together???

Why does it seem this "updated" app has gone backwards? It circles forever trying to open, it doesn't give you the "delete" vehicle feature for my sold/traded in vehicles...so it's showing both vehicles in the "my garage" list. Is this the best "Dodge" can do with its app updates? What are the alternatives? It's now August 11th l2024: Now my app has ladt updated JULY 5TH!.!? Stop asking us to you after we've posted our concerns! We shouldn't be able to update automatically!!

Works . . . After several attempts. App was set up again after the lost recent update. Unlock / lock / locate and start work after several failed attempts if they work at all. Told by the dealer there is an update for my durangos connection system, but the update could damage my factory head unit. Not sure if that is the problem. The previous UConnect or Mopar app worked better.

Had to install this app to replace UCONNECT. Was hoping for an improvement over the unreliable old app. This Dodge app doesn't show fuel level in the Info section. UCONNECT did. Why is that feature gone? Not a great first impression. Per developer response, no, the fuel level is no longer present in the info section of the app. Intermittent, terrible reliability so far since loading the Dodge app. Unless improvements are made, will impact vehicle brand selection in the future.

Just when you think it couldn't get any worse. This NEW APP sucks. The old app sucks but it works. This new app does not give accurate information. The commands do not work, and the GPS has not worked since I ed it. The old app was bad, but this one is worse. DODGE, WTH! I can't unlock and lock my doors or start my car without getting an error message, and I pay for this?!

Awful "upgrade." The original Uconnect worked totally fine even though it was as bland as they come. The only reason I use it is because of the remote features to unlock, lock, and remotely start. Being forced to the new Dodge application has rendered this useless. I can no longer use the remote features even though the location of my vehicle is correct. 1 star is generous.
