I loved this game, I played it every day. I paid for ad removal and in-game coins. I reached level 1200, and the game said it had run out of puzzles and to check back. I waited a few days but had no puzzles, so when the game asked if I wanted to restart, I chose yes. It started back at level 1, which was fine. But it DEETED all my coins and in-game boosters!! I reached out to the company asking them to restore the items I paid for, but NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. I want my coins and boosts back!!

Way too many ads for what it is. Even when you choose the non-ad (lesser reward) for completing levels you're shown a shorter ad. Banner ads on the bottom, and collapsable ads that pop up and interfere with the interface. Completely impractical. Additionally, the app depends completely on drag and drop gestures on your phone, which very frequently doesn't work for some reason (the rope will just retract back to its original position). It's annoying. Not worth the .

I understand the need for revenue but this is just too many ads. You need to make sure that your player enjoys the game and it's not bombarded by ads.Too many ads results in less players which means less money for you. So consider cutting back on your ads and I will consider coming back as a player.

Game's disappointing, because it's set up different from in the ad. Kind of expected the game to be exactly the way it's depicted in their ad. Uninstalled because it's no different from any of the other tangled rope games and I already have one of these on my phone

You have an ad after every level, and the ad takes longer than the game. It's seems like every game like this is the same. Plus, to get rid of the ads, you can only do it for 24 hours. So these ppl know how to milk the money out of customers now. I get the fact they want to make money, but dang, it just gets old.
It's okay. I understand ads to help apps and keep them free, but lots of long ads. Think I'm preferring Tangled Rope 3D since I have more control over if the knot goes over or under a rope.

I keep installing and uninstalling such apps. I look for relaxation in a game and all I get is stress. How can I and why do I have to untangle 10 ropes in 20 seconds? What's speed got to do with the simple and potentially fun concept of this game? For the non paying gamers, the time restriction renders this app virtually unplayable.

Fun game, gets challenging the more levels, but omg, the ads are longer than game play. I don't mind ads every now n then, but after every level, nope Shame- I'll be uninstalling
