It's a good app for keeping up to date with your children, but a poor UX keeps it from being great. For example, adding an observation requires the to go to the child page>more>journey>new observation, as this is a primary use of the app it should be a single button press from the child page (maybe with a floating action button)

Overall, the app is easy and does it's job - I am a parent and I see all necessary updates on my child immediately. But there's too many pages you've got to click to make the message marked as read. Obviously, I don't want to turn off notifications, but if I receive anything as a message, it will still be unread in notifications until I go there and read it again. So if I don't click on every folder I will keep seeing the notification on my home screen.

Overall works okay and has useful info. However it resolutely fails to load pages unless my connection is very strong. Also the notification icon is black which makes it impossible to see given I have my phone on dark mode.

Option to turn off auto payments is not there. Notifications of auto payments is given as a message, directs you to balance to turn off auto payment. Nothing to change when there. Option to deactivate payment method is but that then locks you out the . The android version of this app gives me notifications sometimes 20 mins later than the ios version

I have no balance or payment tab. Not sure why, I have reinstalled and still nothing. Also seems to be always down by the nursery so they can't update

The app barely works, won't allow my wife to pay for the nursery on her app and when I pay on mine it takes it as setting up an automatic payment when I haven't and there's none set up in the apps.

I love getting hourly (sometimes half hourly) updates on my daughters day at nursery. I think this app is a great way to let parents know that their child(ren) are safe, well looked after and having fun in a setting that advances their skills.

Really good app for getting information from the nursery. From getting pictures of what my child was doing that day, updates and news from the nursery and what they eat in the day. I really like the feature of notifications of when she was checked in and out. It does need the nursery to be actively working with the app though. Not 5 *s cause there is a bug (or a feature I don't like). When asking for expecting pick up time, putting any time more than an hour returns "00:00", which is false.
