The activity itself is fun. The app? Not so much. Getting the app to unlock the board was a hassle. (Have to resend the unlock code ALOT until it actually does). Luckily the rental itself doesn't start until you actually remove the board. Went for about an hour. Upon returning. Trying to get the board back on the lock gave me the same problems as getting it out. It took more than 10 attempts to lock the device back in place and end the rental. The clock doesn't stop running until you do. Fix pls

Awful experience. Not only does the software not work, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. I spent 30 mins trying to troubleshoot, asking questions about how the app actually connects to the board lock and she treated me like I was arguing over her precious software. From what I gathered, the software requests Bluetooth access, but it also tries to use "nearby devices" but does not actually request the permission. The result was the app does not unlock the boards. Went elsewhere.

After reading all the bad reviews I was skeptical. Did it anyway and I'm glad I did. The whole process was smooth and easy. Used the app to rent a board. Pulled it out with no problems. Used it for a bit and returned it. Getting the board back on the rack and ending the rental session on the app was super easy. No idea why people are having such a hard time with it.

We rented 2 paddle boards. It took us 15 minutes of our rent time to get one of the paddle boards off of the docking station. I tried to call customer - a pre recorded message said they weren't available. I had to force stop the app twice to finally get it to unlock. We only had them out for 30 minutes, then spent the last 15 minutes calling to end the rental because the dockin station wasn't recognizing them. The app alone is trash. I will never use it again. Not worth 50$.

Worked well. Little tough depending on your cell service. But I got rented for me and my son successfully and had a great time. Reasonably priced. And I wasn't hit for extra time due to connections issues putting me a couple minutes over the hour. Great experience, Would do it again.

Concept is cool but why would you have two locations within the Miami area that not publicly available, instead you have to be staying at a particular resort, a little ridiculous if you get a hip. Also a decent amount a Bluetooth connection issues on two different Android phones.

Renting the paddle boards is pretty easy. Just make sure you can connect via Bluetooth. Also, I was not sure If I had disconnected when I put the paddle back. I called to make sure I wasn't charged for the extra hour and they said they did not.

Loved having the SUP rental stand right at the launch during our stay at Fiesta Key, FL!! Everything worked wonderfully. We had 2, but we brought friends who needed SUPs, too. ... just to end your time on the app after you put things back!! In the hustle & bustle with my kayak and my dogs & teens, I neglected to end my rental until I noticed the reminder when back at RV that evening ;) charged a couple hours extra for 2 boards.
