1) The barcode reader to take a bike never worked 2) First my card and the app did not synchronize. I was trying all channels. So I had loaded 10Eur on Card and another 10 Eur on app. After customer complaint center managed to synchronize, the money loaded on App disappeared. I made another complain, but it was never re-loaded 3) Now when I try to report an issue through the app, it crushes or gives me an error message. I was using this to at least report failures on bikes

Absolutely horrible app. Continuous errors, screens that only partially or not at all. No or explanation of anything. Horrible design decisions. I have to first somewhere then it automatically makes me somewhere else, automatically prompts me to insert my card data without any options for navigation or explanations, it fails multiple times, non informative error messages and confusing instructions... Probably one of my worst experiences with an app.

Keeps logging out everytime I enter the app, I added payment methods, even the less card option, nothing works, too bad since it worked perfectly when there was a free year, now with payment methods it seems like nothing is sorted there. Always shows an error without explained what was the issue that caused it

I have well used this app for 5 months. However, once I decide to subscribe and make payment, the app has begun to stop. I rebooted the app several times, but the app has not been operating. But this app asked me to rate its experience while I was still struggling to opening the app.

I cannot finish g up, because the app will not accept my card. I enter my details and my bank verifies the card correctly, but then the app gives me an error with no description and sends me back to adding a card.

I rarely write app reviews (as in never) but as a new Madrid resident, I can confidently say this app one is the only bad thing I have to say about the city. It's horrible. Rarely works, constantly crashes, sometimes does not you returning bikes. It's a nightmare. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Cannot sign up. An sms is never sent. I have re-entered my number 4 times, which is quite annoying since I have to fill in the whole form each time. I have deleted and re-installed the app and waited 24h in the hope that their system would be fixed and an sms to be sent. I have a Swedish number, if that helps for troubleshooting. This is the point where I give up
