App works well most of the time. It did freeze once to the point where I had to uninstall then reinstall it. Only happened once. Also, sometimes when I take the picture, the app will keep the "Report Delivery" button greyed out, despite acceptance of the picture and signature. I then have to skip the stop and call dispatch so the stop can be updated and the app can allow me to continue with my next stops. I'd like to know if there's a better solution. Otherwise, a generally good app.

It's good but I really really wish it wouldn't revert back to the extra driver app once I've left a location and are in maps already. I always always always have to press the darn "directions" button a second time. Why does it pull me outta maps and back to the app even though I've already pressed "directions" once and am omw? It's redundant and it's really driving me crazy! Please please please fix that bug! It's actually affecting my quality of life, it's mentally draining bc it's so irritating. Other than that it's great!:) Thank you for taking the time to read the review and for addressing the issue, hopefully the bug fix will be included in y'alls next update.

Most invasive app EVER! Employer made us use app to track deliveries, I understand, but I looked at permissions it was given. WOW. App is always open during shift. Even in background it recorded audio from mic, texts, Google accts, CC#s, my s, and info. Full network access+ connections! paired BT. Changed BT and.ALL PHONE settings. Could swap MY P#, device ID, hide active calls and remotely connect them, even record me thru my cam! Disgusting. If given more room, I would say much more.

Yes this app has its flaws. But no app is perfect. We at Tom Nehl have had such great communication and quick reaction with the team at Elite. The things they do and have done are amazing. Anyone who deems this app less then 4 stars clearly has not utilized its every potential. Why the 4 stars? Because, again. No app is perfect. I use this daily to dispatch 200+ plus delivers daily. Yes we find glitches and errors but the team at Elite are always there. Utilize!

Horrible app. Crashes, doesn't sync, kicks you back to the beginning of the route, logs you off, just an all around horrible app. Can't wait till my company gets rid of it! Plus there is absolutely nowhere I can find in the app or settings on my phone to turn the god damn beep off everytime I leave. Fucking annoying as fuck!!!!!!!!

Developer responded to my audio recording rant about privacy concerns. Tells me it'll be a push to record option for audio delivery proof. I'll 2 stars, simply because it's better than a wire tap, though still completely unnecessary and invasive, both for the client and the customer.

Overall it's a pretty good App, has been mostly trouble free until recently. 2 new bugs and one old one to report. The 1st bug that started in the past few weeks and this one has me quite mad because it just cost me hundreds of dollars today is it magically logged me out which cost me my 4pm route and a lot of money. This has happened twice recently, first time thankfully I caught it before it cost me but not this time. Not cool at all...
