I've been using it for 2 weeks of the trial, and up til now I've found it really useful. However - for some reason my meal plan has stopped next Friday (the 6th). I can't see any reason why - my free trial doesn't even finish til the 16th, and it's making it difficult for me to meal plan for the coming week and organise a shopping list.

This is a great and useful tool to aid healthy eating and has helped me on my weight loss journey. To improve it I would like to be able to record what I have eaten and add my own dishes.

Terrible app, obviously designed by a developer. Created a meal plan and then everytime I open the app it recommends meals that have nothing in common with the meal plan. I also have to navigate through 3 or 4 screens to get to my plan. Luckily the recipes are available online so it's easier to create my own meal plan in a spreadsheet and cut and paste the recipes - no need to pay the subscription, yay!

Really good app and I would advise both newbie and long term keto expert to give it a go! I'm going to sound really picky when I say this but there is one fault I have found, that's in shopping list can. You pick a week's meal plan but only get shopping list for that one meal instead of the app adding up all the shopping items for the full meal plan. Still that was picky still a very good app.

Just started using the app and my initial impression is favourable. However, given the focus on intermittent fasting, you would think that you would have an Intermittent Fasting plan, with reminders, as and integral part of the menu planning process. IMHO, an app should be used to enhance the website experience and utilize the functionality of a mobile device. Fasting timer, shopping list, calendar and menu plan should be at your finger tips once you have established the plan on the website.

I have increased the rating a bit, but still struggling. Where in the app is the COMMUNITY? It's gone, disappeared. I used to find it quite easily before, but not anymore. I only see the photo of it in your promo. Also you need to actually follow the food preferences: if NO BEEF, NO DAIRY selected, please don't offer beef and cheese recipes

Easy to use, and the shopping list function is great, no need to scroll around to find the recipes and love the search by ingredients, very handy for food sensitivities or preferences. To improve the shopping list could automatically add the quantities of the same ingredient instead of showing the quantities for each recipe. Not a biggie though.

App is fantastic for getting low carb recipes. More videos would be great as some of the recipes can get complicated for newer cooks from just reading. Adding the ingredients to the shopping list feature is great, but it would be even better (if it is not already a thing) to collate all ingredients added from meals instead of putting individual meal ingredients each time to reduce bloat in the list and to be able to export the list to an outside shopping list app.
