Worked fine for about 2 weeks, now it refuses to show my bin collection, says there is nothing assigned to my property. Tried my neighbours and a few other address with the same result. Have deleted and reinstalled and tried on a different phone and still no change

needs to be able to set alert times as my bins are collected first thing in the morning and I only get the alert late in the evening well after they have been collected. Seems to be no way of changing any settings?

To be reminded at 1am or 2am on the Thursday morning when you have to have put bins out by 7am of that morning is useless. It used to send reminder on the evening before.

Doesn't actually show the bins in the calendar it's just blank. Even after clearing cache etc. doesn't load correctly

Tried to this app onto a newer phone model (samsung A33) and couldn't because the app is completely outdated. The council should be expected to keep these things up to date for people considering that it is expected for us to recycle correctly etc. Once again it is because the officials are dragging their feet which is inhibiting people from disposing of their rubbish correctly.

Totally useless app. It says it has no information about my address and won't let me add it. The website knows my address and tells me which day to put out the black bags. Neither the website nor the app tells me which of the two calendars to use. I have given all this information to the DCC by telephone and via the website multiple times. No change, no response. Hopeless.

Useless app. For whatever reason, you have to turn the notifications back on every six months, but even after you do that they never actually work! Hence one of only two reasons 99% of people would use this app is non-functional.

The option to report a missed collection does nothing. It takes you to a property info page, no further.
