Pretty cool it lets you know if you have a leak or you can choose to be alerted when water is flowing it tells you the rate of flow also has several other alert options as well for salt levels and when wifi connection is lost good app

Good way to monitor your daily usage of water. I'm still learning about what's available to view. I seen a Culligan TV Comercial about how to monitor your water while you're away from home. I'm not sure where this alert is at? Otherwise it's a good system for your home.

This app does not change the time of the unit, you would think that when you manually regen, it would note the current date, but my system is stuck on 2023, maybe the year it was build. Manual says that the app should be able to change time and date, my unit is a smart HE, no options in the unit to change the time, this is mes my regen date.

Smart system doesn't work and the us email doesn't respond. I have questions about how the app is behaving and they just state it's the "international line. As a software engineer myself, very poor experience.

Very useful app. Feature rich and easy to navigate. Especially like how it tracks water usage and provides historical comparisons. Also lets me know salt level and next scheduled regeneration time.

Would like to see last regeneration date and gallons to signal or gallons used since last regeneration. Would like to be able to change settings such as salt dosage, capacity, time clock backup, etc. I am a Culligan man but I think these would be helpful to customers too. As it stands now the app is helpful but only gives basic info. As a Culligan man, I could use this app when Bluetooth isn't an option. Also, I can't seem to add other units. Some customers have multiple units in many locations.

The app is so very helpful. You can monitor multiple units. I love the fact that I am being notified when my salt is low and can see the water usage. I can start a regen, set a by or away mode right from the app. The graphics are also great. I havent had any issues connecting or staying connected like some reviews. I highly recommend using Culligan products and connect them to the app.

Doesn't work. Followed instructions from Culligan (pamphlet) and the in-app instructions. Fails to setup device even though showing I'm connected to the device. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No go. It sees the water softener but every single time it tries to set-up the softener the app throws a useless message that "something went wrong". Uninstalled for the second and final time.
