So far, no functionality noted for this app except tracking rewards which are impossible to earn. Rewards expire in just a year and are extremely slow to earn. Will update my review if I see improvement. CB, don't bother with an auto response just improve please.

Poor execution when it comes to paying using the app. When you do, it takes you to your browser where if you are not careful, you will pay as a guest. You need to sign in again. There are times when I open the app, and I also need to sign in. That means g in twice to pay. Ridiculous. I have uninstalled an installed the app, still the same.

Literally won't let me . Email, , verification code texted OR emailed (tried both), copy/pasted and then just takes me back to the sign in screen to start all over again. This is ridiculous. It's been like this for weeks. I can on the website no problem. This app needs to be fixed.

Anytime you are picking sides, “1st side” is missing. Even on the veggie plate where it's supposed to be 4 sides, you're only able to pick 3. Then I'm the one that has to take the time to open a chat on the website when I'm sure they have an entire application team that could go in and found this issue. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: CB updated their app. Problem is still happening. I tried to follow the instructions from the response below, but I don't see any orange button. Emailed, no response. I'm disabled. It's really helpful when I can pay at the table using the app, but much of the time, the credit card info form won't come up, so I'm forced to go to the . Also, logging in isn't always successful, even when tried repeatedly. This has been happening for a long time. Cracker Barrel needs to fix its app.

Every single time I've tried to complete an online order through this app for the past 6 or 7 months I always get greeted with the same message: "Order Error: We are currently unable to take your order. Please check your payment information and try again. (200)". Here's the thing, though: there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with any of the payment methods I've attempted to use in the payment process!! Nothing at all!! It's so frustrating! PLEASE HELP!

I can't believe all the good reviews. If the App worked, it would be good. Instead, it makes you sign in every time. It does not save your information or allow use of a fingerprint. After g in to use Mobile Pay, you have to sign in, again, to have any chance at earning rewards for your meal. Then, payment goes through you about half the time. There is no way to the charge without asking your waitress or constantly checking your . Google Pay seems particularly prone to fail

This app is borderline fraudulent. I have been charged up to 4 times for the same purchase, and have spent countless hours on the phone with various CB managers to get it corrected afterwards. The worst part is, unless I notice the duplicate charges myself, nobody will, and it shows up as a no-show order on their side. Also, the majority of 5 star reviews here are fake, and probably bought. The AI generated CB comment telling you to their other AI is ridiculous.
