This unfortunately went from being a great app when it was called Countable to now just being mediocre. Before, you could see how your individual politician voted on any given bill and easily reached out to them, and now I'm not sure if that functionality is even available anymore as the UI has changed so heavily. I think it was removed entirely because I was unable to find it after quite a bit of searching, and given how that was the biggest draw of the app before, now it's not worth using.

When tap on the app, it opens and stays open for about 5 seconds, then closes itself. I retry opening it, and then I get a message that the app keeps crashing. I haven't used this app in quite a while. I'm wondering why it's doing this now. Is there some kind of coding issue? Some glitch perhaps? Please fix this, so I may use it to keep myself informed.

I miss when it was just "Countable". Now that it's "Causes", the UI sucks and it's so buggy that I can't use it for more than 20 seconds without it crashing. Bring the app back to basics please!! This is a great service that is crucial for us voters to have!!

I loved this app when it was Countable. Once it became Causes, it tanked hard and fast. Having not had it on my device in many months, and missing the old Countable, I just tried to reinstall it to see if it's any better. Only stays open for a few seconds, and the glimpse I got for those few seconds didn't look promising. Please bring back the old Countable.

Great idea. interface is not convenient, updates lose your credentials, slow as mud, but the best tool I have found for tracking current bills, votes, and proposed congressional activity. Update: the newest version not may not only lose credentials, but does not always accept the correct email based credentials when entered. If you cannot , what good is the app? 20170524 update, now never accepts email credentials from app or browser. web fine, but cell access is dead for me.

It's been said before, but you should just bring back Countable. Went to it again only to find it's been replaced by Causes, which is a shame. Tried to search a bill in Causes, the app froze even after relaunching it. Also, every aspect of Causes is limited. Leave social media to Twitter and Threads. Countable is the app I was looking to get back to, Causes is the app I'll never again. I'd literally give it zero stars if I could.

I love the concept of this app and had an older version on my last phone when it was called Countable. This current version won't open on my Pixel 6. Reached out to the developer over a week ago and haven't heard anything back. Please fix this app, it is an important tool for easily ing your representatives.

I don't understand the point of titling every bill as a question. It just looks cheap and unprofessional. I was willing to look ed this, since really I just needed a little way to track stuff so I don't have to take so much time keeping up to date by searching individual bills online and maintaining a spreadsheet, but when I search for a specific bill in the app it never manages to find it. I can't even review the details of how well it works because it doesn't even provide basic functions.
