Disappointed in the lack of customer service. I had a purchase problem a few months ago and I sent email explaining the problem and they took such a long time for a reply. To which after a couple more emails, nothing has been done. New issue is the game keeps crashing and I lose the daily bonus and the daily spin has not been working.

unable to really play anymore...won't bring up levels that I choose to play and there hasn't been any new levels added in a long time. Guess it is time to uninstall😢

it's a lot of fun. but when you get a "coin spin", you NEVER get more than 2 coins. or a prize from the garden. you NEVER get coins. I totally understand you want people to purchase coins. But perhaps a little incentive would make people a bit more agreeable to spend the $$. I would. Though I appreciate the answer to my last review, nothing has changed in regards to my concerns. I do really like playing this. It's been able to keep me entertained for years. It's fun! But......?!?

I used to like this game as it's a bit different then others but well I stack on level 464 for very long time now and looks that this is different version from 6 years ago. I can't finish it even using all of the possible boosters...after a long time finished level and next day still there, the same level! Disappointed. Popups like fortune cookie are really unnecessary, childish as it's not designed for kids as levels are too hard. Uninstalling!

I love the game immensely. The only problem for me, is the difficulty in the later levels, particularly the "hard" levels. The general rule I give myself, is 5 levels. If I can't win a level the 1st time using all my lives, I usually uninstall the game. If I find the game truly enjoyable, I may rest from it for a time, then try another set of 5 lives, but that's my max for any game. If it's frustrating, it's no longer enjoyable. I said that to say this...this game is getting close to that point.

EVERY TIME it goes to shuffle, it says Out Of Moves. Even if I only used 2 of 20 moves before the shuffle and there is plenty of reshuffling for the game to do. My Daily Reward challenges have yielded no boxes due to this and all 5 ofmy lives are lost within the first 2 moves of the level. Please fix this as my rating has been a 5 since app release and this is my favorite game!!

I love the gameplay until level 141. It says in a pop up that im out of moves and takes the life now each and every single time it says shuffling. I cannot, under any circumstance, clear that level due to this error. Its a pity to uninstall it but no sense in cluttering memory with a game I cannot levels in. Let me know if you fix it.
