I looked at a few different options and settled on MaintainX. The more I use it the more I love it. It's easy to navigate, laid out well, and can do everything I need it to and more. Adding locations, assets and making work orders is so simple. I'm still in the process of fully setting it up but I'm never sitting around scratching my head trying to figure out how to use any of the features.

In November of 2024 this app started saying permission denied whenever i tried to or take a photo literally overnight. in January i got a reply to my old review about it long after i removed the app. today 5 months later i reinstall it one more time and this time it works without issues. i don't know why and it had nothing to do with any settings on my phone. thought it didn't my note 9 any longer (not my problem tho if that was true) i can always go back to sticky notes!

**Update** they are choosing to argue with us instead of just fixing the system bug... as shown in their response here. Loved using Maintain X but now they seem to be giving us a hard time about a system bug fix. 😡. We're currently not very happy about this. They keep brushing it off like it's not important.

We had a very useful 60 minute demo with Stephen from MaintainX. Stephen brilliantly explained the system and showed how extremely easy it is to use and navigate. asset management is simple to set up. this system is a huge step forward in our company's planned maintenance schedule and although we haven't been using the system long, It has quickly been integrated into our companies procedures. my only issue is I wish I had found MaintainX sooner.

Great ! I have not tried the reporting functions. would be five stars if I could see list view of work orders assigned by technician.

This app. is used by my job. At first I had to get myself familiar with it, cuz it was something new. I like it, it's way better than writing up work orders. I love technology....makes it a lot easier n convenient. and you can send pictures to show the exact description & where. it's on my cellphone which is way better than carrying a bulky note book and Pens. Thank You

Overall good experience. The only problem I have had is involving photos/videos. Occasionally I have taken a picture or video, and after I take it the app basically restarts. Happened in both the messages, and when creating work order. Seems to only do it when I use my personal phone (S-22-Ultra). When using the company IPad it's working fine. I've made sure it's updated in the app store.

I'm saying this to be true, that the time it takes to write up work orders as well as putting in description and all it's specifics, can be stressful to one's mind and that's not even considering the response back to the individual who first implemented the work order. Thank God for MaintainX more than half the paperwork's have been eliminated if not for MaintainX my headache will no doubt be a continuous one. Thanks 👍👍👍
