The app is not great. But now, I can't even open a day to sign up for new volunteer sessions at the organization I have been volunteering at for over a year. The app just crashes as soon as I click on a day. I tried submitting a ticket in the app, but the button to submit didn't work.

App continues to crash over and over. I'm not able to sign up for opportunities, once I click on something it crashes. I've reinstalled, and same thing happens. (I have plenty of space on phone, this is the only app crashing)

App no longer works. Crashes as soon as I try to sign up for a volunteer session. Neither clearing the cache nor reinstalling fixes the issue. Tried to submit a ticket via the app but the submit icon doesn't work. Fix this!

I logged out and back in and now It shows I have 0 hrs and I have 15 in construction and 15 in restore after today. Probation doesn't listen to my excuses anymore so it's 365 if this isn't fixed today. I'll give a 5 star for convenience if it's fixed today but zero otherwise. Charles Perry

This is a poorly design app. That locks out persons who want to volunteer for an afternoon shift but cannot commit before that morning. This results in missed opportunities for sites needing volunteers to have them.
