I installed the app just so I could provide a 1 star review for their . I booked a round a few days ago using a hot deal, which is a cool feature. The weather forecast turned ugly, so instead of waiting to get rained out, I asked Chronogolf to change my reservation to a day earlier, where there are lots of hot deals available. They are not responding to a simple reservation change. The reservation said it was noncancelable, but it did not say it was noneditable. Terrible customer service.

I really like this app. Easy to use. Only gripe I have is that some of the courses listed don't allow you to set tee times via the app. Othaer than that its great

Always available tee times and course is kept up. We really enjoy playing course every Tuesday. Staff are polite and welcoming.

Absolutely rubbish system. Have not been able to book a tee time for the last 4 weeks since our club installed it. Every time I try to book, it sends me to the home page or takes 6/8 seconds to open booking page, which by then all tee times I like have gone. No clock count down on the page, Opens booking times up at 7.00 am when everyone knows its still dark. service sucks too, as have had no response from them. Bring back BRS!!!

Once I jumped through a few hoops, ed and disregarded their generic no human replies, I was able to set up the mobile app version while on the desktop version...not an easy or friendly set up. Hoping the functionality of the app impresses me as I continue to use it booking for my home course.

Very useful. One request,: make the list of favourites you can invite scrollable. On my android devices, I can't see all my favourites to invite to a match. I also want to remove favourites and this isn't possible.

This is the most frustrating app I have every used. It won't allow me to enter my score on the back nine. So all my scores get entered on the front nine. The only positive thing about this app is that it does show how many rounds I have played and how many I have left for the packages I have purchased.

Worst reservation system I have ever used. I try tens of times at different days to make reservation for a foursome but always only get two. I tried again to add two more it said the player has already been added but it confirmed only two. I added two carts but only allowed one cart. And the green fee shown is only is only for two players.
