This app is horrible. A) can't use loyalty rewards. B) can't even do a normal transaction because it declines my card due to not ing my zip code (bank confirmed the reason it was declined). What's the point of having this app if it serves no purpose? Also tried talking to tech about it before and they are clueless. Have you tried using your own product? That would probably be a good start.

Love this pizza place. But online ordering needs work. It does not offer an option to put the main topping on only half the pizza, and most importantly, I don't have an option to pay with cash upon delivery. Also some other options to pay would be helpful (PayPal, Google pay exc.) Please update!

I love the pizza from this t lol! (pun intended) Just a heads up that the app can be a little confusing when you want to add/subtract toppings from your selection of pizza. Other than that ordering through the app is great.

Ever since I had a bad experience with an employee for a delivery order, I can now no longer use my points when I order on the app. Even after the change in the rewards program, it still doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no change. Not going to order anything until it's fixed.

While the app is a little confusing to use at first, it is simple to get the hang of. My main problems that I can't seem to add my card, therefore I'm still forced to use doordash in order to order my food. I add my card details correctly and it says there's an error adding my card.

Chose delievery in the app, but it sent "pickup" to the store. Tried calling for 30 minutes with no answer. Finally, was told that they don't do delivery themselves, and we'd have to pick it up. Food was fine. Garlic knots & stromboli were too dense. App isn't good
