Old app was better. New app would not allow me to purchase my order. I tried to place the order 3 different times, no matter what I did it wouldn't allow me to put in payment information or take me past screen that I put my vehicle information in. I had to switch over and use the website to order. Other app was better. Quick. Simple. Streamlined. Never had issues.

The new app is terrible. Selection of items under meal is confusing. No descriptions for the different chicken salad options under meals. Issues with scrolling around on pages. Issues advancing to next page. Validation of fields issues. "Add payment" form disappears after loading and seems to be related to zoom. "Tip" shown, but can't be set. Desktop website is even worse. This is quite possibly THE WORST downgrade from a previously functioning application I've ever experienced.

They messed the app up. Everyone always wants to change things but mess things up instead. It's much harder to navigate the app. Doesn't show history. Only one reward item other than food/drinks. Need to offer more specialty items other than just a cooler. I still wanted some of the specialty items like the Tumblers. To bad they screwed the update up. Good thing the food is still good..

My app just did the "BIG" update. I received multiple emails telling me to check my email info to after the update. Now I cannot get in with my , and have requested to change it several times. After trying eight times, I have not been sent a reset email. In the app, I am just told that a link will be sent to me if my address matches an . My email does match, as I have ordered in the past. I would be upset if I lost my points, and will likely not order again.

App update is terrible. You can no longer scan the receipt barcode to log your transaction. Scanning the barcode at the doesn't work. Manually entering is the only way the app allows as a "missed transaction" and there is no submit button, it doesn't work! Have been twice since the update and have two receipts I can't get credit for. This is a serious downgrade , especially after having to re and essentially create a new with less options to even redeem the points for.

You have to update to use the app. And you have to create a whole new . Your old is gone. Be careful when creating that new because if you touch the sign up screen in the wrong place the sign up screen swipes down & your info is lost. Don't bother picking a favorite store as they're only listed by street address. No city/state & scrolling that long list swipes down the sign up screen. 302 points carried into my "new" . I had well over 1000 in the old app.

New App is TERRIBLE. I'm an Android ; I've used CSC app without issue for a long time, but the new update is a disaster. No historical information. Can't enter a new receipt. Can't correct my phone number that displays incorrectly. Can't through computer because it wants me to confirm email address but never send confirmation link. Customer Service not responding to requests for help. They should do a full rollback, but I'm betting they didn't plan disaster recovery.

Can't scan barecode and can't enter manually since the new update. My receipt says scan within 1 week. They better change that rule! Updated on 10/2/24 to 3 stars. They fixed part of the issue. Still can't scan a recept barcode (that option was eliminated) but you can manually enter your recept info to collect reward points and that works. However I can't enter my receipt that is 9 days old. Tried to before the 7 day receipt expiry period but app wasn't functioning.
