Problems since I started using the device and the app. Inconsistent synchronization. Non-intuitive menus. Problems with GPS recognition results in lack of functionality in course design. Battery draining. The list could go on and on. The bottom line is that using this app is a consistently frustrating experience. I will be looking for a different product soon.

After the last update from August 2024, the app no longer s heart rate zones. There is just one zone and there us no option to reset it. In addition the automatic sending of Live Tracking link still doesn't work. It didn't work in previous version as well as in the new one. However it does make you think it works lol.

It's ok, sometimes has issues transferring routes to my 750 that I created in Komoot. Interface could be more intuitive. But what I really don't like is that the app will stay running in the background even after its closed, and if I force close it in the background it will restart itself (again, in the background) whenever I get a text. This should only be running when I need it to be, not ALL the time!

Overall the functionality works great. I have two issues overall with the app. First, as everyone has stated, the app forces you to give permission to allow location service at all times. Second, I have needed to uninstall/reinstall the app every time I have prepared to go ride. The app and the GPS would not communicate unless I reinstalled the app. Fix those two issues and the app is a solid 5⭐

Edit: after uninstalling, reinstalling, and allowing permissions multiple times it seems to work again. Though it does try to open pdfs and mp4 files. Evidence of bad coding. This app was fine before the update. It did its job and ed to strava usually without any issue. Now it not only won't load to strava, but it won't even load my activities onto the app.

So frustrating. Sometimes it s from the head unit, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't I don't have my stats on Relive or Strava. Thank God for my Fitbit stats. A year of this now. Wasted money. Going to Wahoo. Two stars because it's nice on the road. It's the app that sucks. I tried all the recommended updates. Now I get message of "poor disc health" and if I say yes to optomize it will delete all recordings? On the app after rides I get "activity is corrupted" .

Have mixed experience with the app, overall when it works, it's good. Recently, I had similar issues of turn by turn conversion but after I cleared data/cache then uninstall/reinstall, it started to work. When the loading screen goes away, wait for the next window to pop up saying conversion have been completed.

Like the new UI. Hope the finish with the update soon because I'm unable to plan bike routes from the app. Also, I would like to see a place where you can take notes about your ride so you can document things you experienced on your ride. I noticed when looking at individual laps, it has Km/h instead of mph when I have it set to imperial.
