Been using it since 2018. The app was completely overhauled recently and it's now almost unusable. Nearly every feature that I found useful is gone (lifting history, a timer between sets, and effort scale for each set, easy to enter set info, etc.) I'll be cancelling my subscription and looking for something to better suit my needs. It has been my go-to workout app for 7 years, but no more.

I trying to wrap my head around this application overhaul. It's harder to use, requires 3x-4x more clicks for the same action. There's no read summary per each set. The default reps from each set are not synced with the reps of the program. There's no way to end a day (workout) with a single click, and It's pushing the to functionalities that are hard to use. This is just bad functionalities and UX, I'm not even mentioning all the bugs, and how all of this landed without a previous notice.

I've used this app for 10 years, now I am done. All of my progress is gone, it doesn't tell you what the rep range is, doesn't give you any modification info from the instructor, and no rest times. You can't even look at what weight you use last time. The most important metric of all. Update 1/6/25: The new update didn't fix anything. No one wanted a new social media app. From the reviews, it looks like you're going to lose your entire customer base over this. Whose idea was this?

This is the worst refresh to an app I've ever seen. The previous app was dated but it only needed to be modernized. Unfortunately the new app is absolutely terrible, with terrible function, lack of intuitively, all the workouts from the previous app are gone and are made so basic, with a ridiculous way of trying to add reps etc. some workouts are even missing when the previous app has hundreds. This app was made to be social first and not workout/health first, which defeats the whole purpose.

The sudden overhaul to the app completely ruined it. It erased all record of the program I was working on, and I had to start everything over from scratch. Several weeks of progress gone without any way to retrieve that data. It's now not nearly as intuitive to use, and there's no longer an effort tracker, which was useful for tracking progressive overload. Finally, the elliptical trainer doesn't have a set count down timer anymore, and its sets ask for the weight used. Why change everything?

The app was amazing until the last update... The U.I. is hardly -friendly. It also allowed easy access to see your progress of weightlifting; that could be accessed within each individual workout. Also, the beeping to start each set interrupts my music. This is not to mention how loud it is in one's ears. I have reoccurring nightmares of the, "beep...beep...beep"

No communication or warning before major updates, and now that this major update has been suddenly released, I've lost the ability to correctly track the program I was following, and nothing is working as it used to. It won't let me back log enter my workouts (from when the app was down with no explanation) and now I can't access the next session in the program. I've been here since the first edition of this app, never thought it would end like this. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I've been using the app since 2014 and the improvements made over the years have been great. This update is garbage. All the utility the app served is gone. Adding a new program is impossible, recording weights is insufferable, and the layout is not friendly at all. If they don't junk the update lots of cancelations will happen, including myself.
