The app provides limited information about your . It only appears to be good for accessing a copy of your insurance card, out of pocket spending towards deductible and seeing claim history. Nothing specific about what your benefits are and the provider search is weak and can very easily take you down the wrong path if you're not sure of what your looking for.

Will not load most of the time. My information is then not available when it does load. It is much slower than my previous insurance app

App and website are constantly saying - something went wrong. Refresh the page. Even when using biometrics to sign in or entering . Reset my a minute ago and it said - something went wrong. Refresh the page. Tried on both desktop website and phone app.

👎🏻👎🏻 The worst setup in the app history. To get to , you will spend 10 minutes going back and forth with texting codes. Cannot see all claims for all on my insurance, but I'm the primary holder. If I call, I get all the information regarding my sons or wife, but on the app, I am not allowed or grayed out . So, the app is useless. The last information on the app was updated six months ago. Overall, it is useless and not a good setup (not -friendly). 👎🏻👎🏻

Unable to link Samsung fitness tracking devices to the app. This is used for tracking fitness goals within the app. We are also unable to link google fit tracker as google is blocking the app from connecting.

This has to be the worst insurance app I have ever used. Blue Cross, Aetna and Manulife (Canada) ones were far superior. I have been on this for just over 1 month, and their servers have already been down 3 times. Claims take for ever to process, still waiting on 1 EOB 30 days later. The interface is overall clunky and outdated. A lot on in-app links lead to dead ends. Even received a marketing email from them with a broken link to the promo. Digital disaster.
