This app has trouble opening 100% of the time. The filtering tool will never drop away after selections , you constantly chase it down the screen. Sign in through email acct is awful. Much improvement is needed

Bloom is a good store, but the app can use some work. For my app, I have no access to the shop, only reward points and a store locator. My wife, right next to me, is able to make orders, and I have no updates available for the app. Also the loading times tell me it could be more optimized

Half the time the app wont respond. I end up using the website because of how bad this app is. The storefont menu embedded in a frame is a terrible experience. Hire an experienced dev and qa.

Absolutely love the shop & the selection, but this app is terrible. Constantly freezes & crashes on Android. Don't let that stop you from ordering online or in store, because Bloom has a great selection. Also, points can only be used on merchandise, not any actual THC products which is absurd with how high prices are.

Company sucks. Always has huge waits in the lobby with only one person working. Ridiculous. Edit: still hasn't changed. You need more than one person checking people in. Over an hour wait for a pre order is absolutely ridiculous.

I can't even use the app. I have so many points that I don't have access to and always have to use the browser to place orders. The app does not work at all.
