Why did we NEED a reminder that the app is open in our drop down notifications? MAKE IT STOP! 1/25 New update last week now causes half the photos not to load correctly, and the app open reminder is back in the drop down list. No one EVER needed that!

-lags a lot. -sometimes the address is wrong when switching to Google maps. -wish there would be a setting to change dispatcher message tones vs an actual job. -still doesn't respond correctly when trying to show "En route" -and a huge issue I'm having is it auto updating saying I'm on location when im 500+ ft away trying to find the address or ever 2 streets away. I have to stop doing what in doing and swipe away the notification so I can see my maps again. eventually will cause a wreck

As a tow truck driver and working overnights. they need to make a night mode and if not a the limited amount of info I can put in is bad should be able to add more info in the calls. If you tap finish or arrived there is not a back tab so be careful. Dispatch can add notes and drive can't see all info in call. Ranger is a way better app for towing but is expensive. Please update!!!!!!

It has some *SERIOUS* flaws. Firstly, it tries to do everything in realtime - ing photos as they're taken, not storing them on the local device, and then ing them again when needed. Which is fine... when the server is not lagged to *@&$. Using the 'back' arrow to navigate pages deletes data rather than saving it. On the job finish page, if the VIN is missing, there is no way to view the photo (of the tag) to attempt a tag-trace - because the stupid app closes/finishes the job with blank data (deletes entered mileage). This places more burden on the dispatch team re-sending the job or filling in the blanks later. In areas with poor or no signal... the app *DOES NOTHING*. You cannot update status (arrived, finished), / photos, or even have the customer sign the job. It simply locks up - or it locks up the entire device forcing a hard reboot. And it only notifies sporadically... causing missed jobs. F*ing horrible. I cannot do my job if it is not doing its job - honestly I wish my employer would find another product. Or go back to paper.

Since the latest update, I'm having issues receiving my calls. My dispatcher has had to call me o multiple occasions stating I have calls holding. Not real excites about that. This will be my 3rd time uninstalling and reinstalling within a week. Definitely needs work. I'm on a google pixel 8 pro with Android 14 Edit : Also. Notifications do not come through Android Auto.

Please allow auto timestamping to be turned off. Marks you as arrived when your not. Have customers calling me wondering why it says im there when im not. Notifies you that you are leaving an incident when you still havent arrived. All these notifications are also the same sound as receiving a new job..cant be changed. Notification and sound overlays maps sound you miss your navigation cues and cant see the map to adjust. So many things wrong, i have run out of letters and have to write a 2nd

Stopped working with "oops" error code. I tried uninstalling then ing and now it won't let me log back in at all.

It's overly complicated create a call especially if you're the driver doing private property impounds and you're the one creating the call and then to see the cars on the list that have been impounded they have a separate app for that this is the worst this by system I've ever seen I recommend using tow book it's worth every penny
