Wan li and Chuntao are good friends and co-workers at Shanghai’s Iconic Bi Fang Tang restaurant popular with foreign tourists. The famed restaurant boasts of the authentic Chinese Cuisine, The highlights of this restaurant are its spicy soup bases and fresh homemade dumplings and scallion pancakes. It was just another typical Saturday lunch time rush hour, until things went drastically wrong and a fight broke out between an aged customer and of the ruthless Hang drug cartel in the restaurant over a petty and trivial issue. Hang Cartel member reacted violently and killed the poor old man in cold blood. Wan Li and Chuntao witnessed a gruesome of an innocent old man at the hands of the of the feared Hang drug cartel. Now Wan Li and Chuntao are on the run in the streets of shanghai being relentlessly pursued and chased by the Hang gang’s gun and machete swinging crooks.
