This game has a great gameplay loop, the art and pixel style are just up my alley. According to the YouTube Video I followed from the creator, this was developed by 2 people too which is impressive. I'm giving this 4 stars because the game definitely has some areas for improvement. Game needs more enemy and map diversity, I'd love an infinity mode, quests should be visible in session not just base screen, when I was new I really wanted definitions. Like what does burn and chill actually get me

Probably one of the best in the genre right after the original. It's not a cash grab, no ads, the gameplay is incredibly fun and polished. I love the twist of adding synergies, truly a very well made game. Props to the developers! I will be making in game purchases to them, for sure. I al really looking forward to seeing where this game can reach. I wish the runs were a bit longer to exploit the mechanics the game has to offer tho!

Amazing music great game, i unlocked everything done prestige twice. Unfortunately now the game is more or less over since it doesnt scale that well which is sad since i played a few rounds every night and it was so enjoyable, really looking forward to some sort of balance patch or more levels of hardmode. Thanks for a great game!

Gameplay loop is satisfying and fun with a lot of different weapon combinations to try and the unique Set Bonus mechanic allowing for even more variety. However, it is also ludicrously repetitive and samey- you will fight the same 4 bosses over and over again. If you're lucky, you might see a different final boss in a level and the game might introduce a new enemy type, but regardless there really needs to be more of them, because it can get boring quite fast.

Great game. Played through all levels, and want more. Ways to make it even better: - add new maps locations - reduce number of levels in each map location. 5 stages with 5 levels each too long. - include description of legendary spell in game i.e. rather than "more powerful" explain "2x projectiles" - level 2 synergy at the start should match player element and attack type. Plenty more good than bad, look forward to more content. Feel free to reach out for more .

While the game is fun and has a good base, a number of things need to be changed. First, the enemy spawn rate in the final phase of each stage is too high. Even with a great build, I can't clear out that many of those enemies, especially when dealing with a boss. Second, when leveling up, I get 3 new options too much, meaning a lot of the time, most of my abilities aren't upgraded enough by the end of the level. Finally, the revive is useless. Half health and all the enemies are still there?.no

(Edited; bug was fixed) This game is a solid entry in the "Survivor" series of games. With solid synergy building and abilities, combat is fun and rewarding. There are also two rogue-like mechanics. First are character abilities that change the way each of the heroes plays. The second is your town which contributes various stat increases and upgrades. Grab the library early; it gives you info on what abilities and synergies do. One wish would be the ability to get more that one synergy in a run.

great concept for a game also very fun at the beginning. problems are that there are quite many bugs, like buildings not giving buffs. also the game is very unbalanced like frost abilities being close to useless with little dmg, and then you have radial abilities that just destroy everything before the enemies get on screen. there are some other absolutely broken or useless abilities. also the enemies stay pretty much the same with very little variation, same goes with the bosses. becomes boring
