I have a couple of rewards that I can't use because the app does not let me use them. It says at checkout that I have no promos available even though I can select different rewards that I have accumulated. Also, I have noticed that if I order through the app the portions are less than when I order directly at the venue. The acai is great, but the inconsistencies are damaging the overall quality. Edit: 12/22/2024 I have been notified by an employee that prices are higher in the app. Even worse!

I keep trying to add a payment method and it either goes back to the main menu without letting me do anything or it just plain crashes. How am I supposed to ever order anything if I can't add a card to it? Worthless.

The açaí was excellent; however, order fulfillment failed due to a pineapple shortage, resulting in cancellation at the point of pickup. My card was charged, and I await a refund. Addressing this issue is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Such a great place! Delicious food and smoothies, very nice atmosphere and most importantly, they keep their kitchen/prep area clean and sanitary! The owners/manager at this location are wonderful people and are friendly, caring and provide excellent customer service! Give Acai Express a try if you haven't already!

awesome acai but when i went to pick up my order they could not make my order because they were out of strawberry and to be honest the personel its not at fault they should have the opportunity to let the client know that the order is not going to be done because if any issues so as the company they should fix this for a better experience for the client because if I would have known I would waste my time coming to the establishment and not have my order ready and instead have to wait for it 😐
