With the old version, you were able to scan the receipt to get points. Now, they removed that option with the new update. Update 8/25/24 I am just giving 1 star because of your payment system in the app. even though after adding my debit card to the payment system, I was unable to pay. And now I can't even remove or delete the card, which is already in the system, only to update it with another card. this must be fixed.

It was very easy to scan receipts until recently. I cannot find the option to scan my receipts. If you are no longer offering a rewards program, it should be clearly communicated to your customers or put back the option to add receipts. I do not want to go on a treasure hunt to figure out how to add my receipts, so please just put it back the way it was.

It's a pretty good app for quick service. It has a few flaws. Whenever you order from somewhere, it shows where you last ate, instead of the store closest to you like it says it does. This has cost me around $40 because the customer isn't great. It is great to order a meal ahead of time, but they regularly miss items from the bag making it extremely annoying to have to repeatedly check the bag over and over. The rewards program is nice and so is the overlay. I recommend, but be careful.

It's a good idea they're trying to compete with other fast food restaurants or Chipotle but many times the app does not work properly and it does not count of the scanning of your barcode or scanning of the receipt to get the points. I think it is just better off not to have this app and thinking of deleting this app from my phone just to save memory space even though it does not work

The app is very friendly while ordering. BUT....if you make a mistake and place the order incorrectly...friendly app no more. There's no way to cancel an order, or modify it, or directly the store you placed the order with for that matter. Basically, while things go in their favor (people spending money), all is good. Once a little Customer Service is required, you are done for. Good luck calling the corporate phone number they list there. 😒

I enjoy the convenience of using this app to order ahead. The reward system and bonuses are nice as well. However, the greatest annoyances is the constant spam notifications from this app with no way to turn them off from within the app. After just a few days I'm ready to uninstall this app. The app should also allow Google Pay as a payment method for both convenience and security.

App is a joke, first of all not earning rewards automatically for each order in this day and age is such a stupid business model. You have to scan or enter the barcode numbers manually which neither of them work correctly! Huge hassle for pick-up/delivery options. I don't want to harass minimum wage employees for a rewards system that corperate should have revamped already. Food is okay, their tropichillers/desserts is the only thing preventing the 1 star rating.

I loved this app and had a 5 star rating. I decided to change my rating to a 1 after today's order because, for some unknown reason, my was deactivated. I called customer service to complain about missing items on my order, and when I checked my app, it was logged out, and it won't let me . I had to use another email address to get compensated for the mistake on the order. I tried logging in with my new , and it still doesn't let me . 😡
