Set up a notification for 3 bed, 2 bath, garage, waterfront, etc. Consistently get results with no garage and no waterfront. Sent a email to , never heard anything back. This app is to sell houses and make realtors money. It is FOR the realtor, not FOR the buyer. The online website is no different. They don't care what you are looking for, this is designed to expose you to as many houses (whether they are what you are looking for or not) as possible so they can sell and make money.

App crashes every time I want to see more stats on a listing. Can't open to see how many interactions a listing had. Whole point of the app but it doesn't work
