FYI. I have a paid subscription. This app is Great. EXCEPT for the fact that i can not the final versions on my phone because it never formats right for my phone. It shows up corrupted and then deletes. It says doesnt file. It doesn't make any sense to me that i paid for all features to not be able to the final product. I am using a Galaxy Note 10+

I purchased the full app in 2018 so I could use all the features. They decided to make it a monthly payment recently so the features I paid for were removed because of this new monthly subscription. Not worth the monthly price and feels like a scam how they sold it to me as a one time purchase and now all of a sudden its a recurring payment.

Alright.. unbiased review with the free version. It's good. The app itself is kind of tedious to move around in the image and is a little time consuming to edit everything (to make it perfect) However, for its basic purpose of making a still image have movement. It's great. It took me about 10 minutes to learn the ins and outs

ENTIRE PHOTO ERASED!!! ed the free version to see if I liked it before purchasing. I did NOT apply any thing fancy to my photo, simply (2) overlays and a pre-made song they had available. No movement, no bells and whistles, just those (3) additions. Everything seemed alright until I went to change (slightly) the contrast of my image........THE IMAGE VANISHED. All I was left with was a blank grey screen with music and some fireflies. Will NOT PURCHASE. Wasted time spent.

I paid for the upgraded version, it worked well for a few weeks, now the app won't even open. I've tried everything you emailed me and I responded with the details I had but haven't heard an answer. Seriously, it's great you want to diagnose the issue, but why can't you give the apk link as a troubleshooting attempt? I paid for the upgrade over a month ago and haven't been able to use it. I know you are busy, but this is becoming a big bummer Update: After asking for help many times or a refund, I got neither. The only thing the person said to me is I'm making this difficult. Terrible company customer service

My only complaint with this App is the watermark. If we can choose where to place it, it would make things so much better. Currently it places the watermark on some of the animation portion of the photo, which makes the created photo slightly worthless. Other than that, it is a great app for photo animation!

Like many other programs on the Play store, Zoetropic doesn't truly make cinemagraphs. The purpose of cinemagraphs is to take a video and freeze most of the motion, keeping only certain parts moving. This program can only take a still image and add fake "motion" to it. Really disappointing.
