I have tried multiple times to using UAE , but the app is not allowing me to create an or sign in. I have updated both the TDRA app and UAE , but the issue persists. Please fix this problem as soon as possible, as it is causing inconvenience. Looking forward to an update that resolves this issue.

I wanted to a complaint against Du, I ed the app but unable to or link with UAE . When Tey to link with UAE , I was not getting OTP, tried many times. When tried to create new , the app doesn't go to next level even after pressing on continue button. Such a waste of time.

I am trying to launch a complaint against du, as it has blocked family's visitor sim long before 30 day. And their claim is the sim block with no reason and cannot be activated. What a waste of time, money and s 😤 The visitor sim is supposed to be remain active as long as it is in use or the visa is valid or at least 90 days Now how can I complaint about it

Great service ! TRA is one of the best government agencies you can find here in UAE. They profoundly look for justice to the customers which are denied by the scam telecom operators especially Du. TRA would make sure that customer rights are always protected. Hope that TRA services keeps up the quality and doesn't get biased to these telecom operators.

I ed this application, but it doesn't works. I want to complain for Du. I already cancelled my Postpaid line in 15 July 2020 in Du branch in Al Ghurair retail centre. I paid penalty and all amount in bill. They disconnected me from service same day. But up to now they are charging me. And customer service by email said my cancelation request was rejected. What is the reason for reject? For what then they took money for early termination?

I cannot link to email or create new . TDRA sent me link to review DU response to my complaint . I opened the link and it didnt work nothing shows up. Therefore i ed the up the does not work at the first place.
