Hardly works, loads and need to clear cache or re-install. Just became provisional member and get asked for payment even though I've already paid through app and won't go past accept payment screen. Also no notification when you your info that your photo is going to be used for your card. Club then asks more $ for a reprint of the card. Disgrace that such a expensive hip isn't resourced where it should.

Too intrusive to use. Asks to provide drivers license or port details to use. That personal data should not be handed over to 3rd party company for no real reason. They could easily our identity through our hip ID or existing .

Always forgets my , cancelled my card without telling me and now I have to use this junk app. They better send me out a new card getting pushed onto this substandard app is just total .... doing the same with parking. LISTEN TO PEOPLE
