This is the best piece of cooking equipment I have used. it smokes, it grills, it can be controlled from my phone while I watch the kid. our summer (and even some winter) meals have become much more exciting since we started using the Joe!

worked on my Samsung phone but a OnePlus phone and it will never connect. when I click on my device in the app it just sits there with a little fire above the stove forever but never connects. if I pull up my old phone which I don't use anymore I can still connect so there must be issues with different versions of Android. Until it is resolved I can't give this app anymore Stars because it's junk now to me.

Works sometimes, sometimes connects first time, sometimes doesn't connect at all, sometimes connects but doesn't the correct temp and can't change any bbq settings. Tried clearing data, restarting phone, cleaning probes, even tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that made more issues.

it worked fine until it didn't! Junk i bought the Konnected Joe about a month ago and love the grill. Everything was fine until during a long slow cook today, it quit showing probe or grill temps. App says hit power button to connect...nothing. tried reinstalling the app....nothing. It's not working on iPad or Android. Not happy!

Doesn't stay connected to Konnected Joe. When re-pairing because it won't keep seeing the Joe, it will repeatedly tell me my is wrong when it's not. Takes multple attempts to re-pair so it can work for 30 minutes. Firmware says it's up to date. Bought a connected device that won't stay connected.

This app is not usable. Had an existing that does not work when logging in. Resetted the and still did not but returned the error that the was already ed :( I did the mistake of reinstalling the app just because the iKamand was not connecting even with a correct and a 2.4 wifi. It seems that the server is not working, and most likely, you made some changes to accommodate the new Konnected Joe and broke the iKamand. Nobody to call as well.

Haven't used the app in awhile after fan issues on aKonnected Joe, but the latest firmware is fantastic. Smoother startup, much more stable, and better response after opening/closing lid. Possible improvements: - Show temperature in notification - improve recipe searching and add favourites / save / voting

Brand new Pellet Joe grill. Will not connect to app or wifi. App just times out when trying to get the grill to the network. Minimal online chat and no phone number to call in for help. Tried 2.4 ghz only wifi network without any success. Pure junk. Would never buy again. Update - Spoke with Kamado via chat and phone. Looks like an issue with any device running Android 14. You will be unable to add your grill to the app if you are using a newer android phone.
