I have two library cards linked to the app and it always glitches when I try to switch. I wish it could have a search function that would run across all of my cards instead of one at a time. I also had the same search issues another did - search for a book and nothing shows, not even a 'no titles found message'. The audio player itself wasn't bad, but it left much to be desired. I only use this app because that's what my libraries have...

The first couple of times I used this app it was great, but now it just will not load anything. I've tried to uninstall, reset my device, with wifi, without and nothing will work. It keeps saying something about a web problem and it's very annoying. I also wish they had a better way of sorting items. You can either sort by new or alphabetical and I just wish they had popularity or for you. I actually did like to use this app but it just will not work anymore unfortunately.

Seek doesn't work across chapter boundaries. Using the chapter menu to change the current chapter, often restarts the entire book and then crashes the player, requiring a "force stop" and restart to begin playing again. (And then you have to figure out where you were). Also, the seek forward and seek backwards controls are different times, i.e. seek back is 10 seconds but seek forward is 30 seconds. And if you press seek multiple times rapidly, the app ignores every button press after the first.

10/24 App switches between night and day modes when you page to the next chapter. The font changes size too. Still quirky. 7/2023 This app is still a bit quirky, but usable. If text is too long for the screen, it can show up on the next screen and interfere with the text there. Most audio books only show "track numbers" not chapters. Makes them a bit difficult to navigate.

The availability time table of books still baffles me, but this is even more annoying. I just had a long book I was listing to expire. It expired today, so I found the book again to put on hold. The system says I clicked the hold button & that it's on hold, but it isn't. Now instead it has a suggest button & tells me my library doesn't accept suggestions. I'm 2/3 of the way through the book. Also, I often get errors when trying to borrow books. I wish I understood how this app "works."

HORRIBLE! Very poor selection of books. The app kept taking away books, I would be mid series, and all of a sudden, boom, the last 2 books are gone. An author I liked would have a good selection, maybe 10-12 books (all stand alones) then I finished one of her other book and i am ready to read another one of her books and now she only has 3 books and 2 of them are the same just different format. If I could give this app a negative review ( -10), I would! I am very disappointed.

I like that the wait on books isn't that long compared to my library Libby app. I wish the app screen wouldn't go to sleep as I'm reading. Then, when you touch the screen to keep it awake, you get a pop-up screen to highlight or insert a note. I just want to read continuously like I can on the Libby app.

This is perhaps the worst app I have ever had to use for reading digital content. A move to a new area meant a new library and this is their default app. I had previously used Libby and loved it! Decent selection of books, awful dictionary, app is buggy...I could go on, but most people using this don't have a choice anyway, as it's the library who decides. Avoid if you have the option.
