App works great for the most part, however customer service is lacking severely. Sales staff works pretty well but the implementation team / product fulfillment departments are incredibly slow to process orders and literally send you the wrong product and are near impossible to get proper equipment solutions after they are sent out. Granted, I did get a reply today about the replacement products being shipped today, however we'll see when and what arrives. Only took nearly 2 months for a fix...

Can't since update. Keep going in circles. The app ask for name then sends me to website to enter . After entering on website it sends me back to app asking for name again.

Very annoying app! Once you launch it, use it and go out, it will continue to re- launch itself. Have tried everything to stop it (force stop, uninstall and reinstall, update) but nothing works with my Android phone. It's actually relaunched itself 3 times while I've been writing this review??? Won't be using it anymore.

Got 5 asset trackers for my vehicles. They haven't tracked my vehicles at all. It'll ping randomly and your vehicle will be stuck at that location no matter what you do. Customer service sent me 4 new boxes and and a technician to install them and still same issues. keeps saying they wouldn't install these on vehicles ect. I have never been more disappointed in a company my entire life. Signed a 3 year contract for paper weights. Countless time off being on the phone and days off

Not happy with the performance of Verizon new 4g trackers. The 3g worked great, but the 4g drop locations for no reason. Spotlight will show the truck moving but after they shutoff on the job it will show like it is parked at the original location. When you run a report after the truck is back home it will show that it was running but never moved. This is not a service issue as the truck was in good cell service the complete time. As soon as my contract is up I am switching them out.

This app use to be alright, but then after an update a few months ago when they made us switch from the old app it began freezing all the time. Trucks flip into tow mode several times a day as well. The main issue that frustrates me is half the time it doesn't open, you have to click on it and close it a few times to load up correctly.

Shame I can't get lower than 1 star. Used to be an okay app, but the past year or so I can't get it to open & load more than once or twice, then I have to uninstall, then reinstall to get it to work. Terrible loading speed (if it works at all) for something I NEED to work throughout the day.

having trouble with the asset trackers which is to be expected from inexperienced installer (me) and the new equipment. they worked beautifully until the last update. so my rating is not based on equipment trouble. originally I was told I would have technical available around the clock; however, I feel like my definition of around the clock is different from theirs bc they're apparently not available for weekends. I also think they could improve their handoff on service issues.
